Team building game cooking
The team of Oh la la will welcome you with a glass of wine or with a glass of fruit juice accompanied by an appetitive finger food while the Chef will introduce everyone to the game.
Each team will have to create a dessert with only the ingredients present on the table.
No internet, no recipe will be allowed to help the players.
They will only have access to 3 questions with the chef attributed to their team.
Each team will be judge by 4 criterias:
- The team work and organisation to create a dessert all together
- The taste of the desert
- The presentation and the platting.
- The hygiene
Once the game is over, there will be 30 min of degustation with a glass of wine or a glass of fruit juice.
During this time the Chefs will taste each creation to judge and announce the winner.
The winning team will have a certification paper signed by Oh la la.
