Our pastry chefs, who are both from France, are artisans and artists who fell in love with the “Mother City” the first time they set foot in Cape Town and thought it would be great to bring a little taste of Paris to this beautiful city. With their creative side and a sense of precision, our duo team of Executive Chefs – Serena and Fabien make all sorts of entremets, freshly baked pastries, and confectionery.
